Embassy of Ukraine to the Kingdom of Belgium and to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

Through our Ukrainian embassy, we engage in various forms of cooperation, including cultural promotion, advocacy, education, and humanitarian projects that bolster support for Ukraine in Luxembourg as well as in the international arena.

City of Esch-sur-Alzette

Our partnership with the City of Esch-sur-Alzette marks a historic milestone with the Luxembourgish-Ukrainian city twinning – the first ever of its kind. Through this relationship, we collaborate on numerous cultural events, including the Ukrainian Days festival, which celebrates the rich cultural ties between our countries.

Donetsk Military Civilian Administration

In cooperation with the Donetsk Military Civilian Administration, we have engaged in a range of humanitarian projects to support communities in the Donetsk region. Our memorandum of understanding signifies a strong commitment to ongoing collaboration.

Life Saving Centre

Our partnership with the Life Saving Centre is centered on the medical evacuation and rehabilitation of war victims, ensuring that life-saving care reaches those in critical need.

Luxinnovation

Through the "Seeds of Bravery" program and other initiatives, we work with Luxinnovation to highlight the creativity and innovation of Ukrainian startups, fostering entrepreneurship within the Ukrainian community.

Ministry of Education, Children and Youth of Luxembourg

The Ministry plays a crucial role in supporting our Saturday Ukrainian school, Mriya. By providing premises and promoting our collaboration, we work together to facilitate the integration of Ukrainian refugee children into Luxembourg’s education system. This partnership ensures access to education while fostering the preservation of Ukrainian identity.

Commune of Bissen

The Commune of Bissen has been a strong supporter of our mission by providing accommodation for Ukrainian refugees. They also partner with us on cultural projects, creating spaces for integration and collaboration.

Representation of the European Commission in Luxembourg

Our collaboration with the European Commission’s representation in Luxembourg strengthens our humanitarian projects and advocacy efforts, particularly around Ukraine’s EU integration and promoting human rights.

International Assistance Headquarters of Ukraine

As a member of this global coalition of more than 80 organizations, we collaborate to provide humanitarian aid and crisis response, ensuring that coordinated efforts meet the urgent needs of Ukrainians

State Emergency Service of Ukraine

In partnership with the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, we implement emergency response projects such as the "Ukraine is Calling" initiative, which provides rescue vehicles and essential support to Ukrainian emergency teams. This collaboration is formalized through a signed memorandum.

Office of the Ombudsman

We closely collaborate with the Office of the Ombudsman of Ukraine to support Ukrainians living abroad. Our cooperation is done via the representative of the Ombudsman in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

Luxembourg Aid & Development Agency

Through our work with Luxembourg Aid & Development, we have successfully implemented several humanitarian projects across Ukraine. This partnership enables us to deliver essential aid and resources to those most in need.

City of Kyiv

Our cooperation with the City of Kyiv focuses on cultural projects that aim to strengthen the bond between Ukraine and Luxembourg through shared heritage and artistic expression.

Ministry of Health of Ukraine

We work with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in projects like "Ukraine is Calling," where we supply critical healthcare resources. A signed memorandum formalizes our partnership to deliver impactful healthcare solutions.

Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Luxembourg

The Embassy of Poland in Luxembourg and LUkraine have built a meaningful partnership centered around supporting Ukraine during its ongoing Russian aggression against Ukraine both in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and on the European arena on political, humanitarian and cultural levels. The Embassy has supported various initiatives, including the "Ukraine is Calling" campaign and other initiatives that highlight the impact of the war and promote solidarity among European citizens.

City of Luxembourg

As a long-term partner, the City of Luxembourg has been instrumental in providing us with spaces for our Information Center, which serves as a resource for Ukrainian refugees, as well as venues for our cultural events. Their support enables us to organize activities that integrate Ukrainian and Luxembourgish communities.

Ministry of Culture of Luxembourg

We work closely with the Ministry of Culture on cultural initiatives, including the annual Ukrainian Days festival, where we highlight the cultural heritage of Ukraine and promote cultural integration within Luxembourg.

National Preserve “Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra”

This collaboration includes several historical and cultural initiatives, designed to preserve and promote Ukraine’s rich religious and cultural history.
