English · Refund and enrolment terms
1. Purpose and scope
1.1. These rules apply to every language course registered with the Ministry of Education, from the next semester onwards.
1.2. They are published on the website, in the registration form (FR, EN, UA) and in the confirmation e-mail. If the versions differ, the English version prevails. Before paying, the student ticks the box described in clause 4.2. Without it, the enrolment cannot be completed.
2. Prices
2.1. The price shown before payment is the total price. It includes the enrolment service of 10 EUR described in clause 4. The course price and the enrolment service are shown separately.
2.2. Students with a BON pay the reduced registration fee of 10 EUR. It is the price of the enrolment service described in clause 4 and is not refunded, except in the case of clause 6.1.
2.3. Students without a BON pay the full price, enrolment service included (today 150 EUR or 225 EUR in total, according to the course, that is a course price of 140 EUR or 215 EUR plus the enrolment service of 10 EUR).
2.4. The BON must be presented before payment.
3. Enrolment
3.1. A seat is confirmed only after payment is received.
3.2. Seats are given in order of registration, waiting list included. There is no priority for students who pay the full fee.
4. Enrolment service (10 EUR)
4.1. When enrolling, the student orders an enrolment service, priced at 10 EUR and included in the total price shown before payment. It consists of checking the BON where applicable, registering the student, reserving a seat or a waiting-list place, processing the payment and sending the confirmation e-mail. It is fully carried out when the enrolment is completed.
4.2. To order it, the student ticks a specific box before paying: “I ask LUkraine to carry out the enrolment service (10 EUR) immediately. I acknowledge that once it is fully carried out I lose my right of withdrawal for that service, so the 10 EUR are not refunded if I withdraw or cancel. My right of withdrawal for the rest of the price is not affected.”
4.3. Because of clause 4.2, the 10 EUR are not refunded if the student withdraws (clause 5.1) or cancels (clauses 5.3 to 5.5), whatever the amount paid. They are refunded only in the case of clause 6.1.
4.4. The right of withdrawal for the rest of the price is not affected by this clause.
5. Withdrawal and cancellation by the student
5.1. Withdrawal within 14 days. The student may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the day of enrolment. The student informs LUkraine with the withdrawal form in the annex or by e-mail to lang-courses@LUkraine.org. The student receives the amount paid minus the 10 EUR of the enrolment service.
5.2. Classes attended within the 14 days. If the first class begins before the 14 days end, LUkraine asks the student to confirm in writing (form or e-mail) that they want to attend before the end of that period. Only if the student has done so, and then withdraws, LUkraine deducts from the refund an amount proportional to the classes already given, calculated on the course price (total price minus the 10 EUR). Without that request, the student owes nothing for the classes attended.
5.3. Cancellation outside the withdrawal period, up to 14 days before the first class: refund of the amount paid, minus the 10 EUR of the enrolment service.
5.4. Cancellation later: no refund, except for documented force majeure approved by the Operations Director of LUkraine (for example a medical certificate), in which case the amount is credited to the next semester.
5.5. If a student obtains a BON after paying the full price and before the first class of the group, the amount paid minus the 10 EUR is refunded.
6. Cancellation by LUkraine
6.1. If LUkraine cancels or postpones a group beyond 14 days, the student receives a full refund, 10 EUR included, or a place in the next group.
7. How refunds are paid
7.1. Refunds are requested through the withdrawal form or the refund form. A payment made by card is refunded to the same card. The student provides an IBAN only if the original payment was a bank transfer, or if the student expressly agrees to another means of refund at no cost. The IBAN is used only for the refund.
7.2. Refunds under clause 5.1 are paid within 14 days from the day LUkraine is informed of the withdrawal. Refunds under clauses 5.3 to 5.5 and 6.1 are paid once a month, in one payment run, on the first Friday of the month.
7.3. Refund requests under clauses 5.3 to 5.5 are accepted only before the first class. Once the semester is ongoing, no refund is made, except the cases of clause 6.1. The withdrawal under clause 5.1 is not subject to this rule.
8. Review
8.1. The rules are reviewed every course, with the results of the previous semester.

1. Objet et champ d’application
1.1. Ces règles s’appliquent à chaque cours de langues enregistré auprès du ministère de l’Éducation, à partir du prochain semestre.
1.2. Elles sont publiées sur le site web, dans le formulaire d’inscription (FR, EN, UA) et dans l’e-mail de confirmation. En cas de divergence, la version anglaise prévaut. Avant de payer, l’apprenant·e coche la case décrite à l’article 4.2. Sans cela, l’inscription ne peut pas être finalisée.
2. Prix
2.1. Le prix affiché avant le paiement est le prix total. Il comprend le service d’inscription de 10 EUR décrit à l’article 4. Le prix du cours et le service d’inscription sont indiqués séparément.
2.2. Les apprenant·es titulaires d’un BON paient le droit d’inscription réduit de 10 EUR. Il correspond au prix du service d’inscription décrit à l’article 4 et n’est pas remboursé, sauf dans le cas de l’article 6.1.
2.3. Les apprenant·es sans BON paient le prix complet, service d’inscription compris (actuellement 150 EUR ou 225 EUR au total selon le cours, soit un prix de cours de 140 EUR ou 215 EUR plus le service d’inscription de 10 EUR).
2.4. Le BON doit être présenté avant le paiement.
3. Inscription
3.1. Une place n’est confirmée qu’après réception du paiement.
3.2. Les places sont attribuées par ordre d’inscription, liste d’attente comprise. Les apprenant·es qui paient le prix complet n’ont aucune priorité.
4. Service d’inscription (10 EUR)
4.1. Lors de l’inscription, l’apprenant·e commande un service d’inscription, au prix de 10 EUR, compris dans le prix total affiché avant le paiement. Il consiste à vérifier le BON le cas échéant, enregistrer l’apprenant·e, réserver une place ou une place sur liste d’attente, traiter le paiement et envoyer l’e-mail de confirmation. Il est entièrement exécuté lorsque l’inscription est finalisée.
4.2. Pour le commander, l’apprenant·e coche avant de payer une case spécifique : « Je demande à LUkraine d’exécuter immédiatement le service d’inscription (10 EUR). Je reconnais que, une fois ce service entièrement exécuté, je perds mon droit de rétractation pour ce service, de sorte que les 10 EUR ne sont pas remboursés si je me rétracte ou si j’annule. Mon droit de rétractation pour le reste du prix n’est pas affecté. »
4.3. En raison de l’article 4.2, les 10 EUR ne sont pas remboursés si l’apprenant·e se rétracte (article 5.1) ou annule (articles 5.3 à 5.5), quel que soit le montant payé. Ils ne sont remboursés que dans le cas de l’article 6.1.
4.4. Le droit de rétractation pour le reste du prix n’est pas affecté par cet article.
5. Rétractation et annulation par l’apprenant·e
5.1. Rétractation dans les 14 jours. L’apprenant·e peut se rétracter du contrat sans donner de motif dans un délai de 14 jours calendrier à compter du jour de l’inscription. L’information est donnée à LUkraine au moyen du formulaire de rétractation en annexe ou par e-mail à lang-courses@LUkraine.org. L’apprenant·e reçoit le montant payé moins les 10 EUR du service d’inscription.
5.2. Cours suivis pendant les 14 jours. Si le premier cours commence avant la fin des 14 jours, LUkraine demande à l’apprenant·e de confirmer par écrit (formulaire ou e-mail) qu’il ou elle souhaite suivre le cours avant la fin de ce délai. Seulement si l’apprenant·e l’a fait puis se rétracte, LUkraine déduit du remboursement un montant proportionnel aux cours déjà dispensés, calculé sur le prix du cours (prix total moins 10 EUR). Sans cette demande, l’apprenant·e ne doit rien pour les cours suivis.
5.3. Annulation en dehors du délai de rétractation, jusqu’à 14 jours avant le premier cours : remboursement du montant payé, moins les 10 EUR du service d’inscription.
5.4. Annulation plus tardive : aucun remboursement, sauf force majeure documentée et approuvée par le directeur des opérations de LUkraine (par exemple un certificat médical), auquel cas le montant est crédité au semestre suivant.
5.5. Si un·e apprenant·e obtient un BON après avoir payé le prix complet et avant le premier cours du groupe, le montant payé moins les 10 EUR est remboursé.
6. Annulation par LUkraine
6.1. Si LUkraine annule ou reporte un groupe de plus de 14 jours, l’apprenant·e reçoit un remboursement intégral, 10 EUR compris, ou une place dans le groupe suivant.
7. Modalités de remboursement
7.1. Les remboursements sont demandés au moyen du formulaire de rétractation ou du formulaire de remboursement. Un paiement par carte est remboursé sur la même carte. L’apprenant·e ne communique un IBAN que si le paiement initial a été effectué par virement, ou s’il ou elle accepte expressément un autre moyen de remboursement sans frais. L’IBAN n’est utilisé que pour le remboursement.
7.2. Les remboursements au titre de l’article 5.1 sont effectués dans les 14 jours suivant le jour où LUkraine est informée de la rétractation. Les remboursements au titre des articles 5.3 à 5.5 et 6.1 sont effectués une fois par mois, en un seul virement collectif, le premier vendredi du mois.
7.3. Les demandes de remboursement au titre des articles 5.3 à 5.5 ne sont acceptées qu’avant le premier cours. Une fois le semestre commencé, aucun remboursement n’est effectué, sauf dans les cas de l’article 6.1. La rétractation au titre de l’article 5.1 n’est pas soumise à cette règle.
8. Révision
8.1. Les règles sont revues à chaque cours, à la lumière des résultats du semestre précédent.

1. Мета та сфера застосування
1.1. Ці правила застосовуються до кожного мовного курсу, зареєстрованого в Міністерстві освіти, починаючи з наступного семестру.
1.2. Вони опубліковані на вебсайті, у формі запису (FR, EN, UA) та в листі-підтвердженні. У разі розбіжностей переважає англійська версія. Перед оплатою студент·ка ставить позначку, описану в пункті 4.2. Без неї запис завершити неможливо.
2. Вартість
2.1. Ціна, указана перед оплатою, є загальною. Вона включає послугу запису в розмірі 10 EUR, описану в розділі 4. Вартість курсу та послуга запису вказуються окремо.
2.2. Студент·ки з BON сплачують зменшений внесок за запис у розмірі 10 EUR. Це ціна послуги запису, описаної в розділі 4; вона не повертається, окрім випадку, передбаченого пунктом 6.1.
2.3. Студент·ки без BON сплачують повну вартість разом із послугою запису (наразі 150 EUR або 225 EUR разом, залежно від курсу, тобто вартість курсу 140 EUR або 215 EUR плюс послуга запису 10 EUR).
2.4. BON потрібно пред’явити до оплати.
3. Запис
3.1. Місце підтверджується лише після отримання оплати.
3.2. Місця надаються в порядку реєстрації, включно зі списком очікування. Студент·ки, які сплачують повну вартість, жодної переваги не мають.
4. Послуга запису (10 EUR)
4.1. Під час запису студент·ка замовляє послугу запису вартістю 10 EUR, яка входить до загальної ціни, указаної перед оплатою. Вона полягає в перевірці BON (за потреби), реєстрації студент·ки, резервуванні місця або місця у списку очікування, обробці платежу та надсиланні листа-підтвердження. Послугу повністю виконано, коли запис завершено.
4.2. Щоб замовити її, студент·ка перед оплатою ставить окрему позначку: «Я прошу LUkraine негайно виконати послугу запису (10 EUR). Я підтверджую, що після повного виконання цієї послуги я втрачаю право на відмову від неї, тому 10 EUR не повертаються, якщо я відмовляюся або скасовую запис. Моє право на відмову щодо решти вартості не зачіпається.»
4.3. Відповідно до пункту 4.2, 10 EUR не повертаються, якщо студент·ка відмовляється (пункт 5.1) або скасовує запис (пункти 5.3–5.5), незалежно від сплаченої суми. Вони повертаються лише у випадку, передбаченому пунктом 6.1.
4.4. Право на відмову щодо решти вартості цим розділом не зачіпається.
5. Відмова та скасування з боку студент·ки
5.1. Відмова протягом 14 днів. Студент·ка може відмовитися від договору без пояснення причин протягом 14 календарних днів від дня запису. Повідомлення надсилається до LUkraine за формою відмови з додатка або електронним листом на lang-courses@LUkraine.org. Студент·ка отримує сплачену суму за вирахуванням 10 EUR послуги запису.
5.2. Заняття протягом 14 днів. Якщо перше заняття починається до завершення 14 днів, LUkraine просить студент·ку письмово (формою або електронним листом) підтвердити, що вона хоче відвідувати заняття до закінчення цього строку. Лише якщо студент·ка це зробила, а потім відмовляється, LUkraine вираховує з відшкодування суму, пропорційну вже проведеним заняттям, яку розраховують від вартості курсу (загальна ціна мінус 10 EUR). Без такого прохання студент·ка нічого не винна за відвідані заняття.
5.3. Скасування поза строком відмови, не пізніше ніж за 14 днів до першого заняття: повернення сплаченої суми за вирахуванням 10 EUR послуги запису.
5.4. Пізніше скасування: повернення не здійснюється, окрім випадку документально підтвердженої форс-мажорної обставини, схваленої операційним директором LUkraine (наприклад, медична довідка); у такому разі сума зараховується на наступний семестр.
5.5. Якщо студент·ка отримує BON після сплати повної вартості й до першого заняття групи, повертається сплачена сума за вирахуванням 10 EUR.
6. Скасування з боку LUkraine
6.1. Якщо LUkraine скасовує або переносить групу більш ніж на 14 днів, студент·ка отримує повне відшкодування, включно з 10 EUR, або місце в наступній групі.
7. Порядок повернення коштів
7.1. Повернення запитують через форму відмови або форму повернення коштів. Оплата карткою повертається на ту саму картку. IBAN студент·ка надає лише якщо початковий платіж був банківським переказом або якщо вона погоджується на інший спосіб повернення без додаткових витрат. IBAN використовують лише для повернення.
7.2. Повернення за пунктом 5.1 здійснюють протягом 14 днів від дня, коли LUkraine отримала повідомлення про відмову. Повернення за пунктами 5.3–5.5 та 6.1 здійснюють раз на місяць, одним платіжним пакетом, у першу п’ятницю місяця.
7.3. Запити на повернення за пунктами 5.3–5.5 приймають лише до першого заняття. Після початку семестру повернення не здійснюється, окрім випадків пункту 6.1. Відмова за пунктом 5.1 цьому правилу не підлягає.
8. Перегляд
8.1. Правила переглядають для кожного курсу з урахуванням результатів попереднього семестру.
